About the Sound Bath:
Sound healing through various techniques and technologies is the educated and conscious use of the energy and frequency of sound to reach identified goals and promote wellness in the human system, including the expansion of consciousness. The gift of Sound Healing dates to the 12th Century.Singing bowls, gongs, bells, and drums have been used for meditation, communication, rituals, and healing.
