Saharah Ali, founder of SAJI Yoga, Inc., is a spiritual architect who utilizes life coaching tools, spiritual techniques, yoga and meditation to help clients build their own best life.

Before developing the SAJI Yoga concept, Saharah had been teaching the discipline of yoga for more than 15 years. She holds multiple certifications: Anasura Hatha yoga, aerial yoga, power yoga, Yin Yoga, quantum yoga, yoga therapy, restorative yoga, as well as post- and pre-natal yoga. She has also taught Pilates, meditation, Super Sculpt, and indoor cycling and led massive warmup sessions before the Los Angeles Marathon and Emerald Nuts 5K.

Her fitness expertise has been sought out by gyms, magazines, and advertising firms, and by companies like JetBlue (for whom she developed “airplane yoga”). She also has delivered stress management coaching to corporate clients such as Motown Records, Mercer Group, and the architecture firm 5 Design. She also has guided hundreds of individuals toward holistic wellness.

Her inventive and popular fitness classes in Los Angeles have been featured in news segments on KABC-TV, KCBS-TV, KTLA-5, WBN-13, KTTV-TV, and KCAL-9. She has been profiled on Lifetime Television, MTV, and BET, and has appeared as a guest speaker on satellite radio, KOST-FM, KJLH FM, KKBT-FM, Mega 100, and Power 106-FM.

Saharah earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Metaphysics International and has completed coursework toward a master’s degree in spiritual psychology. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband.
